Job Summary

Owning the performance and growth of the paid media program, the full-time Senior Performance Marketing Manager will focus on optimizing LinkedIn campaigns, expanding into new channels, and synthesizing data to drive revenue outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end performance of the paid media program, primarily on LinkedIn, while exploring additional channels
  • Continuously optimize targeting, messaging, and creative to drive growth in paid-sourced pipeline
  • Collaborate with Brand Design to create and refresh high-performing ad campaigns based on performance data
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in paid media performance for a B2B SaaS company with a focus on pipeline or revenue outcomes
  • Extensive hands-on experience with LinkedIn paid social, including audience strategy and campaign management
  • Proven track record of improving paid performance over time
  • Experience with creative formats and collaboration with design teams to develop campaign concepts
  • Comfortable with experimentation and testing new channels and ad formats
