Job Summary

Driving scalable enrollment growth, the full-time Senior Performance Marketing Manager will manage funnel performance, design and execute experiments to improve conversion rates, and oversee performance forecasting and growth modeling in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end performance of the enrollment funnel, optimizing landing pages and user pathways to maximize conversion rates
  • Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion and scalability across channels
  • Develop enrollment forecasts and provide data-backed recommendations on growth potential and resource allocation
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS required; degree in Marketing, Communications, or Analytics preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B2C marketing roles focused on performance or analytics
  • Proven success in building and scaling lifecycle or conversion systems
  • Experience operating in agile, data-driven environments
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional leadership
