Job Summary
Leading performance marketing strategy and execution across multiple global markets, the full-time Senior Performance Marketing Manager will manage paid advertising campaigns, optimize budgets, and drive creative testing in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of paid advertising campaigns across international markets, including setup, optimization, and reporting
- Strategically allocate and monitor budgets while analyzing performance metrics to optimize efficiency and achieve business goals
- Design and implement structured creative testing frameworks, collaborating with teams to generate high-performing creative assets
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels and international markets
- Strong understanding of multi-market and cross-cultural marketing, including platform-specific nuances
- Advanced budgeting skills for allocation, pacing, and optimization across markets
