Job Summary
Driving performance marketing initiatives, the full-time Senior Performance Marketing Manager will own and scale paid acquisition efforts across SMB verticals, including lending, credit cards, insurance, and banking, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimize day-to-day SEM operations, including bidding strategies, budget allocation, and campaign structure optimization
- Design, execute, and analyze structured experiments to synthesize findings into scalable optimization playbooks
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to measure marketing performance and identify actionable insights
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of hands-on SEM and performance marketing experience, preferably in financial services or fintech
- Deep familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360, with experience managing large account structures
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Salesforce, Snowflake, or Looker
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex performance data and influence strategy
- Experience with paid social acquisition channels like Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok
