Job Summary
Owning the performance and growth of the paid media program, the full-time Senior Performance Marketing Manager will focus on optimizing LinkedIn campaigns, exploring new channels, and synthesizing data to drive revenue outcomes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end performance of the paid media program, primarily on LinkedIn, while expanding into additional channels
- Continuously optimize targeting, messaging, creative, and budget allocation to drive growth in paid-sourced pipeline
- Translate platform data and customer insights into creative briefs and campaign concepts, collaborating with the Brand Design team
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in paid media performance for a B2B SaaS company, focusing on pipeline or revenue outcomes
- Extensive hands-on experience with LinkedIn paid social, including audience strategy and campaign management
- Proven track record of improving paid performance over time
- Experience with creative formats such as single image, carousel, and video ads, and collaboration with design teams
- Strong bias towards experimentation and comfort in testing new channels and ad formats
