Job Summary

Owning the paid search strategy, the full-time Senior Performance Marketing Manager will manage a multi-million-dollar SEM budget across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and emerging AI surfaces, driving high-intent traffic to convert into free signups and paid customers in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end paid search strategies while optimizing campaign structures and keyword strategies
  • Manage and forecast a significant annual paid search budget, ensuring alignment with signup volume and conversion targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and test ad copy, landing pages, and measurement frameworks that connect spend to conversions
Required qualifications:
  • 6+ years of paid search experience, including 3+ years in a B2B SaaS environment with a freemium or product-led growth model
  • Proven ability to manage paid search budgets of $1M+ annually and achieve specific signup and CAC targets
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with hands-on experience in high-volume campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as GA4, Looker/Tableau, and BigQuery
