Job Summary

Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, responsible for owning and optimizing paid search channels, driving cost efficiency, and leading the expansion into paid social initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, managing account structure, campaigns, and bidding strategies
  • Drive profitable scale by balancing customer acquisition cost (CAC) and volume against unit-economics targets
  • Build and maintain reporting tools to monitor spend pacing, CAC by funnel stage, and payback metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with deep expertise in Google Ads
  • Experience managing over $1.2 million in annual paid budgets, with a strong understanding of efficiency versus volume trade-offs
  • Proficient in data analysis, including metrics like CAC, payback, and conversion tracking
  • Experience with paid social platforms, ideally having launched or relaunched a program
  • Familiarity with B2C subscription or freemium funnels, including trial-based conversion tracking
