Job Summary

Driving revenue growth, the full-time Senior Performance Marketing Manager will own and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, while also leading the expansion into paid social channels, all in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads end to end, including account structure, bidding strategies, and creative testing
  • Ensure cost efficiency and profitable scale by balancing customer acquisition cost (CAC) with clear unit-economics targets
  • Develop and maintain reporting and monitoring systems to track spend pacing, CAC by funnel stage, and overall campaign performance
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with deep expertise in Google Ads
  • Experience managing over $1.2 million in annual paid budgets and understanding efficiency versus volume trade-offs
  • Strong data analysis skills, including familiarity with CAC, payback, and conversion tracking
  • Experience with Meta or paid social programs, ideally including program launches
  • Background in B2C subscription or freemium funnels preferred
