Job Summary
Owning and scaling the paid acquisition strategy, the full-time Senior Performance Marketing Manager will drive consumer app growth and build a pipeline of merchant leads in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize performance across various paid channels including Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Lead external agency partners by setting goals, managing budgets, and auditing campaign performance
- Develop and execute an experimentation roadmap to improve customer acquisition costs and campaign performance
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing
- Expertise in B2C mobile app acquisition and B2B lead generation programs
- Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer, SKAdNetwork, and mobile attribution
- Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, GTM, and Salesforce
- Proven track record of improving customer acquisition costs and overall marketing efficiency
