Job Summary
Driving meaningful revenue growth, the full-time remote Senior Performance Marketing Manager will own and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, while also leading the expansion into paid social channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads end to end, including account structure, campaigns, and bidding strategies
- Drive cost efficiency and profitable scale by balancing customer acquisition cost (CAC) and volume against unit-economics targets
- Build and manage reporting and monitoring dashboards to track spend pacing, CAC by funnel stage, and payback metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with deep expertise in Google Ads
- Experience managing over $1.2 million in annual paid budgets, with a strong understanding of efficiency versus volume tradeoffs
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including metrics such as CAC, payback, and conversion tracking
- Experience with paid social campaigns, ideally including program launches or relaunches
- Familiarity with B2C subscription or freemium funnels and the use of AI tools in daily workflow
