Job Summary

Serving as a centralized performance marketing leader, the full-time Senior Performance Marketing Manager will provide strategic guidance and growth recommendations across a portfolio of pet insurance brands, focusing on maximizing customer acquisition and marketing efficiency in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate performance across brands and acquisition channels to identify growth opportunities and investment priorities
  • Lead performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, and emerging acquisition channels, optimizing campaign execution and performance
  • Analyze customer acquisition economics and develop actionable recommendations to improve overall enterprise performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field
  • 6-10+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or media strategy
  • Deep expertise in paid search and paid social marketing, including platform management
  • Strong understanding of attribution methodologies and marketing analytics
  • Experience managing or influencing multi-million-dollar media budgets
