Job Summary
Serving as a centralized performance marketing leader, the full-time Senior Performance Marketing Manager will provide strategic guidance and growth recommendations across a portfolio of pet insurance brands, focusing on maximizing customer acquisition and marketing efficiency in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate performance across brands and acquisition channels to identify growth opportunities and investment priorities
- Lead performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, and emerging acquisition channels, optimizing campaign execution and performance
- Analyze customer acquisition economics and develop actionable recommendations to improve overall enterprise performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field
- 6-10+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or media strategy
- Deep expertise in paid search and paid social marketing, including platform management
- Strong understanding of attribution methodologies and marketing analytics
- Experience managing or influencing multi-million-dollar media budgets
