Key responsibilities
  • Develop and own the paid media strategy across digital channels, ensuring alignment with the buyer journey
  • Manage and optimize a substantial paid media budget, making real-time investment decisions based on performance data
  • Run always-on paid media programs and partner with cross-functional teams to amplify key campaigns and initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of B2B performance marketing experience with end-to-end ownership of paid media programs
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing six- or seven-figure annual paid media budgets
  • Deep hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta
  • Strong account-based marketing (ABM) experience
  • Proficiency in analytical tools and reporting platforms including Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Analytics
