Job Summary
Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, responsible for owning performance marketing campaigns, testing new channels, and optimizing ROI through data analysis and collaboration with creative teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Own performance marketing campaigns for the affiliate program and various media networks
- Continuously test new channels and creative formats to expand reach and uncover scalable opportunities
- Develop hypotheses and design experiments to measure results and optimize campaign performance
Required qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing with direct ownership of paid social channels (Meta, Snap, TikTok preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns and optimizing customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV)
- Comfort with data analysis, A/B testing, and performance measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong ability to translate performance insights into business impact
- Experience in insurance, fintech, or high-consideration categories is a plus
