Job Summary
Owning and scaling paid acquisition strategies, the full-time Senior Performance Marketing Manager will develop and execute global campaigns across various digital channels, optimizing performance and maximizing return on investment in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across search, social, display, and emerging channels to drive pipeline growth
- Serve as the strategic partner for Demand Generation and Growth Marketing, translating marketing objectives into effective paid acquisition strategies
- Oversee paid media reporting and performance analysis while collaborating with Finance and RevOps to enhance attribution and investment planning
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing or paid acquisition
- Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition programs across multiple digital channels
- Deep expertise with platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable insights
- Experience managing significant paid media budgets and working cross-functionally with key stakeholders
