Owning and scaling paid acquisition strategies, the full-time Senior Performance Marketing Manager will develop and execute global campaigns across various digital channels, optimizing performance and maximizing return on investment in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across search, social, display, and emerging channels to drive pipeline growth
  • Serve as the strategic partner for Demand Generation and Growth Marketing, translating marketing objectives into effective paid acquisition strategies
  • Oversee paid media reporting and performance analysis while collaborating with Finance and RevOps to enhance attribution and investment planning
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing or paid acquisition
  • Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition programs across multiple digital channels
  • Deep expertise with platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable insights
  • Experience managing significant paid media budgets and working cross-functionally with key stakeholders
