Job Summary

To execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across multiple global markets, the full-time Senior Performance Marketing Specialist will manage and analyze campaign performance on platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok while working remotely with a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize paid campaigns across various global platforms, monitoring performance metrics like CAC and ROAS
  • Collaborate with creative and global marketing teams to ensure culturally relevant and localized campaigns
  • Build and maintain campaign reports, contributing to budget planning and growth forecasting
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media
  • Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns at scale
  • Experience running campaigns across multiple markets or regions
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Professional English proficiency and ability to work independently in a remote environment
