Senior Performance Test Engineer - Infrastructure Performance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Performance Test Engineer- Infrastructure Performance in the United States (remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the company's products and service infrastructure, improve tools for monitoring and measuring application performance, and identify performance bottlenecks
• Advocate for performance testing, work on test environments reflecting real-world deployments, and develop system upgrade test plans
• Collaborate across teams, innovate tools and processes, and operate in a fast-paced, agile environment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• 4+ years of Quality Engineer experience in an enterprise SaaS company
• 2+ years of Performance Testing/Monitoring of Web Applications
• Experience in Java based automation development, working with large data volumes, diagnosing system utilization in a Linux environment, and familiarity with various technologies and services such as Linux, Cloud Infrastructure, Containers, MySQL, and monitoring systems
• Bachelor's Degree in any field, with specialized training or equivalent working experience in Software Development Lifecycle and Web Applications desired
• Ability to establish U.S. Person status upon hire for access to federal environments and/or protected federal data
