Senior PERM Immigration Paralegal

Job Summary

Managing high-volume labor certification cases, the fully remote Senior PERM Immigration Paralegal will independently analyze documents, prepare immigration casework for attorney review, and handle client communications regarding case processing and status.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end high-volume PERM cases
• Ensure effective document intake and analyze immigration status based on provided documents
• Communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding case progress and requirements

Required qualifications

• 5-6+ years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal with a focus on PERM cases
• Experience handling large caseloads independently
• Proficiency with MS Office and case management systems
• Experience in direct communication with HR staff and foreign nationals
• A genuine interest in US immigration and an empathetic approach to client interactions
