Senior Pharma Industry Consultant
Job Summary
Serving as a forward-deployed consultant, the full-time Senior Pharma Industry Consultant will work closely with business and technical teams at a major pharmaceutical organization, leading innovation sprints to design and deliver analytics and AI-driven solutions within the customer's operational environment, with the flexibility to work remotely or on-site in New Jersey.
Key responsibilities
- Lead time-boxed innovation sprints to design and implement analytics and AI-enabled capabilities
- Translate business challenges into production-ready solutions integrated into customer systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-develop new analytical methods and deliver measurable improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in life sciences/pharmaceutical consulting or applied analytics
- Strong hands-on experience building analytics or AI-driven solutions in complex environments
- Demonstrated ability to work embedded with customers and operate in fast-moving settings
- Proven capability to translate business requirements into technical implementations
