Senior Pharmaceutical Strategist

Job Summary

To support a pharma agency's strategic initiatives, the freelance Senior Pharmaceutical Commercial Strategist will work remotely on a contract basis, focusing on commercial planning, brand strategy development, and launch readiness through mid-late August, with the potential for extension.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development of comprehensive pharmaceutical brand strategies for both launch and in-line products
• Drive commercial planning initiatives, including market assessment, segmentation, targeting, and positioning
• Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and risks

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial strategy or brand strategy
• Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies for launch and in-line products
• Strong expertise in both HCP and DTC marketing and engagement strategies
• Deep analytical capabilities with experience in market research and competitive intelligence
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology and specialty pharma, is strongly preferred
