Senior Pharmacology Director

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership across DMPK, clinical pharmacology, and modeling & simulation, the full-time remote Senior ADME and Quantitative Pharmacology Director will oversee drug development activities from candidate nomination through clinical development, ensuring alignment with regulatory submissions and integrated drug development strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead DMPK and PK/PD strategy for discovery and development programs, including regulatory submissions
• Drive clinical pharmacology strategy, including dose finding and exposure-response modeling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and interpret PK/PD studies

Required qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, or MD in Pharmacokinetics, Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline with 15+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated expertise in PK/PD, modeling & simulation, and regulatory interactions with health authorities
• Strong knowledge of Health Authority regulations and guidelines for small molecule therapies
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional collaborations
• Familiarity with major CROs and ability to manage collaborations with external partners
