Senior Pharmacovigilance Associate
Job Summary
Supporting pharmacovigilance processes, the full-time Senior Pharmacovigilance Associate will manage Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), perform follow-ups, and handle product quality complaints while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process and manage Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in compliance with regulations and client requirements
- Support pharmacovigilance processes and act as a Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance as needed
- Handle product quality complaints and interact with Quality Assurance and Medical Information teams
Required qualifications
- Life science graduate or equivalent qualification in pharmacy, nursing, or healthcare
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmacovigilance
- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong organization and management skills, including multitasking and time management
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
