Senior Pharmacovigilance Associate
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Pharmacovigilance Associate will manage Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), support pharmacovigilance processes, and ensure compliance with regulations while collaborating with clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Process and follow up on Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in accordance with regulations and client requirements
- Manage Serious Adverse Events (SAE) and Product Quality Complaints, ensuring proper documentation and interaction with Quality Assurance
- Support pharmacovigilance processes and act as Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance as needed
Required qualifications
- Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare-related qualification
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in pharmacovigilance
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and management skills, including time and issue management
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
