Senior Pharmacovigilance Associate
Job Summary
Supporting pharmacovigilance processes, the full-time Senior Pharmacovigilance Associate will manage Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), perform follow-ups, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process and follow up on Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in compliance with regulations and client requirements
- Manage Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) and product quality complaints, including database outputs and reports
- Support the Pharmacovigilance network and act as Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance as needed
Required qualifications
- Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare-related qualification or experience in pharmacovigilance
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in pharmacovigilance
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and management skills, including time and issue management
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
