Senior Pharmacovigilance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Pharmacovigilance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic oversight as a PV subject matter expert to enhance client service
• Manage workload, performance feedback, and conduct annual reviews while adjusting resources as needed
• Lead staffing strategies, including recruitment, training programs, and process optimization initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher
• Seven years of related work experience, including two years of people management experience
• Advanced knowledge of Pharmacovigilance and PV systems such as Oracle Argus Safety or ARISg
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients effectively
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities
