Senior Pharmacovigilance Project Manager
Job Summary
Acting as the primary contact for project-related matters, the full-time Senior Pharmacovigilance Project Manager will manage client expectations, prepare project scope and objectives, and oversee project planning and reporting while working remotely from Madrid, Spain.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact point for all project-related inquiries and issues
- Manage client expectations to ensure satisfaction with services and deliverables
- Prepare project scope, objectives, and planning activities, including deadlines and reporting
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in Pharmacovigilance activities, including processing and quality review of ICSRs
- Experience in PV Project Management, preferably in a service provider or CRO setting
- Graduate in Health Care or Life Sciences
- Ability to communicate effectively at senior levels within pharmaceutical organizations
- Strong leadership qualities with skills in planning, mentoring, and meeting facilitation
