Senior Pharmacovigilance Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Pharmacovigilance Scientist in the Inflammation Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacovigilance expertise and oversee operational activities for developmental and marketed products
• Conduct signal detection and safety monitoring activities, and represent pharmacovigilance in cross-functional teams
• Review and develop safety-related documents, and respond to regulatory safety inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or specific pharmacovigilance qualification preferred
• 6+ years of related experience, including safety signal detection and medical assessment
• Proficiency in databases and understanding of MedDRA codes
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial methodology and pharmacovigilance regulations
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office products
