Senior Pharmacy Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Pharmacy Application Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Documents and responds to customer requests regarding information systems, software, and hardware
• Provides advanced troubleshooting and resolution of incidents, and trains less experienced staff
• Monitors department performance objectives and recommends improvements to management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field preferred
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology and best practices preferred
• 5 years of computer systems support experience or equivalent knowledge
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical or financial setting, preferably in the Health Care industry
• Professional certifications related to essential functions preferred
