Senior Pharmacy Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance compliance within Pharmacy Operations, the full-time Senior Pharmacy Compliance Reporting Analyst will analyze regulatory risks, collaborate with departments to implement compliance strategies, and ensure adherence to federal and state regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and address risks to regulatory requirements to promote compliance
- Collaborate with various departments to implement and monitor compliance strategies for Pharmacy Operations
- Develop and automate compliance reporting solutions and perform advanced statistical analysis for risk detection
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, electrical engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in data management and analytics for managed care operations or as a pharmacy benefit manager
- 5 years of experience using business intelligence/reporting tools such as SAS, Tableau, and SQL for advanced statistical analysis
- 5 years of experience developing reports and dashboards to analyze product performance
- 5 years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects across various teams
