Job Summary

To support complex new client implementations, the full-time Senior Pharmacy Design Consultant will ensure the accuracy of benefit specifications, manage client consultations, and provide strategic recommendations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in multiple complex client projects, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables
• Conduct meticulous reviews of plan documents and provide recommendations based on analysis
• Act as the pharmacy benefit expert in client-facing discussions and internal communications

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of benefit implementation or pharmacy design experience
• Proven success in a client-facing position
• Pharmacy Benefit experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide client-focused solutions
