Job Summary

Acting as a liaison between Finance, Analytics, IT, and Pharmacy, the full-time remote Senior Pharmacy Performance Specialist will focus on understanding data content and business logic for reporting, while gathering requirements, performing analysis, and supporting process development for the Pharmacy Department.

Key responsibilities

Develop expertise in data and systems used by the Pharmacy Department
Gather requirements and perform analysis to support process development and testing
Collaborate with stakeholders across various teams to enhance pharmacy performance

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
2 years of experience in Database Management
2 years of experience in Data Analysis
2 years of experience in Managed Care
Intermediate to advanced experience with SQL preferred
