Senior Pharmacy Pricing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing client pricing, analytics, and reporting
• Lead and mentor a pricing team of up to 10 direct reports
• Provide strategic insight and support for account management and deal governance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of actuarial or underwriting experience
• 5+ years of PBM pricing or RFP experience, with large PBM experience preferred
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a PBM or Health Plan setting
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel; proficiency in SAS, SQL, or Snowflake
• Independent and process-oriented with strong project management skills
