Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Pharmacy Resolution Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complex pharmacy issues and respond to escalated calls from members, providers, and pharmacies
Make outbound calls and enter pharmacy overrides into systems based on approved guidelines
Research and resolve issues within turnaround time requirements and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED
2 years of call center / customer service experience
Experience in a healthcare environment, specifically pharmacy operations, managed care, or pharmacy retail settings
Pharmacy technician certification preferred
