Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Pharmacy Care Technician, National Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and improve both new and existing Pharmacy Technicians through one-on-one and group settings
- Act as a liaison between Pharmacy Team Supervisor and Pharmacy Technicians, providing plans for improvement
- Lead meetings and trainings, and engage with eligible members regarding Medication Adherence
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Active Pharmacy Technician Licensure (RPhT) in the desired state of employment
- 3+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
- 1+ years of Call Center experience
