Job Summary
To support a dedicated population of patients with Bleeding Disorders and Alpha1 conditions, the remote Senior Infusion Pharmacy Technician - NV, TX, AZ will manage case coordination, provide patient onboarding, and serve as a liaison among healthcare teams while ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound case management for patients, including refill coordination and clinical assessments
- Provide comprehensive onboarding for new patients, ensuring education and continuity of care
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to facilitate treatment scheduling and address patient needs
Required qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the relevant state (NV, TX, or AZ)
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB)
- 3+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Windows PC applications
