Senior PHP Full-stack Engineer
Job Summary
To drive innovative enterprise solutions, the full-time Senior PHP Full-stack Engineer will design, build, and maintain applications using PHP and Angular while collaborating closely with Business Analysts in a fully remote role based in Portugal.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack features with PHP (Symfony) back-end and Angular front-end
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to shape requirements and take ownership of the entire solution
- Architect and integrate microservices, ensuring secure REST API exposure and consumption
Required qualifications
- Strong PHP expertise with hands-on experience in Symfony
- Solid Angular experience (2+, ideally 15) for building modern front-ends
- Expertise in relational databases, particularly MSSQL, plus Redis caching
- Strong understanding of design patterns (MVC, Dependency Injection, CQRS) and microservices architecture
- Experience delivering in Agile/Scrum with a solid testing discipline covering unit and integration tests
