Senior Physical Security Manager

Job Summary

Building a robust and scalable physical security program, the full-time Senior Physical Security Manager will manage risk assessments, implement access control systems, and foster a culture of safety across multiple office locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and project-manage the deployment of a unified, cloud-based Access Control and Visitor Management System across all offices
• Conduct comprehensive Physical Security Risk Assessments and implement physical hardening measures to address vulnerabilities
• Author and maintain Emergency Action Plans, leading training exercises for various emergency scenarios

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate security management, with a proven track record in high-growth technology or financial services environments
• Expertise in selecting and implementing enterprise-grade Access Control and Video Management Systems
• Experience with physical security audits for SOC2 Type II, PCI-DSS, or ISO 27001
• Mastery of threat assessment methodologies for high-profile leadership protection
• Ability to design and facilitate tabletop exercises and emergency response simulations for senior leadership
