Senior Physician Recruiter

Job Summary

To support the strategic recruitment of employed and private practice physicians, the full-time Senior Physician Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, while working 100% remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Provider Recruitment Team and leadership to develop and implement physician sourcing plans
• Manages the full recruitment cycle, including marketing, sourcing, interviewing, and contract negotiations
• Participates in recruitment events and maintains relationships with various departments involved in the recruitment process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, or equivalent education and experience
• Five or more years of experience in physician recruitment, sales, marketing, or physician relations in a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of physician recruitment processes and strategies
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with physicians and colleagues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
