Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Physician Recruiter to lead the recruitment of radiologists and advanced practice providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle for physician recruitment, including job postings and interviews
• Identify and source top radiology candidates to build a talent pipeline
• Coordinate with practice leadership to understand staffing needs and maintain candidate documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 6+ years of recruitment experience, particularly in physician roles
• Proven ability to interact effectively with physicians and business partners
