Job Summary
Owning the full lifecycle of programs, the remote Senior Pipeline Programs Manager will diagnose pipeline gaps, design outbound strategies, and drive cross-functional alignment to enhance revenue growth across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Identify pipeline gaps and design scalable outbound programs to address them
- Lead cross-functional planning and accountability among Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Operations teams
- Manage the end-to-end program lifecycle, including target account selection and performance analysis
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Programs, Revenue Programs, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
- Proven track record in designing and executing outbound sales programs that positively impact pipeline metrics
- Demonstrated ability to align and drive accountability across various teams without direct authority
- Strong analytical skills to assess pipeline health and set performance targets
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation
