Senior Piping Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Process Piping Design Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed piping designs, layouts, and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Lead piping engineering efforts for projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and managing timelines and budgets
• Conduct technical analysis, including hydraulic and flow analysis, and provide supervision and mentorship to junior engineers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience managing large-scale piping projects in relevant industries
• Proficiency in piping design software such as AutoCAD Plant 3D and CAESAR II
• Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and material science
• Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PE license, PMP certification) are preferred
