Senior Piping Designer

Job Summary

Supporting the Midwest Region, the full-time Senior Piping Designer will prepare design documents and piping construction drawings using AutoCAD Plant 3D, while working remotely within the United States and occasionally traveling to Midwest offices as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare design documents and piping construction drawings for maintenance and capital projects
• Interface with project engineering and assist in gathering field information
• Collaborate with other designers and engineers on multi-discipline projects to support client schedules

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of process piping experience
• Associates degree with an emphasis in industrial drafting/design preferred
• Recent experience using AutoCAD Plant 3D required
• Experience with AutoCAD Construction Cloud (Forma) and Navisworks
• Specialized courses or certification in drafting, design, and engineering practices are a plus
