Senior Piping Stress Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Piping Stress Engineer 2 - Nuclear.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares and reviews complex calculations and designs for piping systems
• Monitors the work of assigned staff to ensure project requirements are met
• Develops project budgets, schedules, and work plans while ensuring completion within budget and on schedule

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Aerospace, or Structural/Civil Engineering
• 7+ years of relevant experience in piping engineering
• Knowledge of ASME B31.1 and ASME B&PV Section III piping codes
• Experience with design, selection, and application of pipe supporting elements
• Working knowledge of commercially available piping products and their applications
