Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote Senior Plan Administrator will manage the full administration cycle for defined contribution retirement plans, ensuring compliance and serving as the primary contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee plan administration, compliance testing, and employer contribution calculations for a block of retirement plans
- Complete government filings, audit support, and maintain ERISA compliance while validating work from other administrators
- Consult with clients on plan design, contributions, and navigate recordkeeping portals, identifying opportunities for business development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Three to five years of experience in retirement plan administration and consulting
- Preferred credentials include ASPPA, NIPA, IRS Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent, or NAPA certifications
- Experience with Stax.ai, FT William, and PensionPro strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams, along with familiarity with Internal Revenue Code and ERISA
