Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Plan Consultant to provide expertise in ERISA compliance and retirement plan management.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and collaborate with Plan Coordinators to achieve business objectives and client obligations
• Assist clients with compliance deadlines, plan terminations, and maintain knowledge of ERISA legislation
• Supervise and review work of Coordinators and Consultants, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
• 5+ years of ERISA experience in the retirement industry
• Qualified retirement plan credential (ASPPA) required
• Ability to effectively plan, assign work, and supervise support staff
• Team-oriented with strong mentoring capabilities
