Senior Plan Design Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Plan Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct plan design consultations with Plan Sponsors to create optimal defined contribution plan designs
• Provide illustration support and detailed plan analysis, including design comparisons and recommendations
• Manage the transition of incoming plans from Sales to Implementations, ensuring smooth project management

Required Qualifications

• Over 8 years of experience with defined contribution/qualified plans, including design consultation and document drafting
• Strong understanding of ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office suite, and cloud-based client portals
• Knowledge of non-discrimination testing and plan document drafting systems
• QKA or higher credential from ASPPA is preferred
