Senior Plan Document Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Consultant, Plan Document.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical subject matter expert on complex plan design and compliance
• Perform detailed reviews of plan documents to ensure compliance and identify potential risks
• Consult on and generate plan documents, coordinating with internal partners and plan sponsors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years in lieu of degree)
• 5+ years of experience with qualified retirement plan documents or related compliance roles
• Expertise in laws and regulations related to retirement plans (IRS, DOL, ERISA, etc.)
• Experience with document generation systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• ASPPA or related industry designations such as QKA, QKC, and TGPC required
