Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Plan Document Consultant - Tax Exempt & Corporate Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and analyze complex plan documents and code provisions for retirement plans
Create and maintain plan documents for startup, spinoff, and conversion retirement plans
Provide plan design consultations and support during the onboarding process

Required Qualifications:

B.S or B.A. Degree preferred
10+ years of experience in defined contribution/qualified plan
Proficient knowledge of ERISA and IRS regulations
Experience with plan document restatements and plan design consultations
Positive, collaborative, and proactive attitude
