Job Summary
A company is looking for a Plan Documents Specialist, Sr.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify eligibility status and requirements for plan documents
- Draft, finalize, and maintain non-standard or complex benefit plan documents
- Support client communications and assist junior members with complex drafting requests
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits paralegal or similar role
- 3-5 years of experience in Health and Welfare benefit consulting
- 3-5 years of client management experience in self-funding document creation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience preferred
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
