Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Documents Specialist, Sr.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify eligibility status and requirements for plan documents
  • Draft, finalize, and maintain non-standard or complex benefit plan documents
  • Support client communications and assist junior members with complex drafting requests
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits paralegal or similar role
  • 3-5 years of experience in Health and Welfare benefit consulting
  • 3-5 years of client management experience in self-funding document creation
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
