Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Plan Documents Specialist to facilitate client onboarding and document management for employer-sponsored welfare benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify eligibility status and requirements for plan documentation
  • Draft, finalize, and maintain complex benefit plan documents with minimal assistance
  • Manage client communications and assist junior team members with drafting requests
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience required
  • 3-5 years of employee benefits paralegal or similar job experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Health and Welfare benefit consulting in ERISA & Non-ERISA plans
  • Experience in client management for self-funding document creation and management
  • Exposure to plan/policy documents, including amendments/SMMs, in prior work environments
