Senior Planner, S&OP

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Planner, S&OP.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the framework for converting forecasted demand and production volume into required labor hours
• Calculate and publish defensible weekly hours targets by department and site
• Lead analysis of Planned vs. Actual hours performance to improve forecast-to-hours accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in workforce planning, capacity planning, production planning, or operations analytics
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience with ERP or planning systems preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Basic to intermediate SQL experience preferred
